Q: Where are you originally from? 

A: I’m originally from Springfield and I graduated from Kickapoo high school and I taught there and coached there for seven years before coming here. 

Q: What’s your favorite part of debate? 

A: That students get to engage in critical ideas that they maybe don’t get to on a day-to-day basis in different classroom settings and they’re often times ideas that lead to civil discourse and day to day life. 

Q: What’s your favorite part of being part of South? 

A: The school seems to have a lot of unity, a lot of pride, and set themselves to a high standard 

Q: What’d you like about high school growing up? 

A: Mine was probably debate, but I feel it is important for students to get involved in as many things as possible and make the most out of it
