Freaya Stumple is one of the foreign exchange students. She’s from Slovakia, Slovakia is in the middle of Europe near Poland, Ukraine and Hungary. This isn’t her first time being an exchange student before coming to the United States she went to Argentina also as an exchange student. She wanted to be an exchange student because she loves meeting people and learning about new cultures.

“I love to learn about new cultures and people and America seemed fun so i choose America,” she said.

According to her the difference between school in Slovakia and the United States is

“In America it is much easier back home we have to learn a lot more things by memory and we have these oral exams where we have to just talk to the teacher” she said.

Back home in Slovakia, she has Two sisters and a bunch of pets

            “I have two Labradors three outdoor cats one indoor cat and a rabbit” she said

A food she misses is her grandma’s duck

“Yes, my grandma always makes duck and i miss it so much” she said

Back in Slovakia she has two sisters and a stay-at-home mom and an ex-hockey player dad who now coaches’ hockey.
